Hey, I'm Coach Chris!

After almost two decades in the Marine Corps and security contracting, I came home broken in more ways than one. Years of wear and tear from hard landings, IED exposure, and nonstop ops left me with chronic pain, hormonal imbalances, and an identity crisis I never saw coming.

I tried to fix it myself with old-school workouts and crash diets — nothing worked. Eventually, I swallowed my pride, hired a coach, and focused on smart recovery-based training, strength, and sustainable nutrition. The result? I dropped fat, reduced pain, and reclaimed the version of myself I thought was gone forever.

Now, I'm on a mission to help veterans and high performing individuals who feel stuck, broken, or lost rebuild strength, confidence, and control through real, no-BS fitness, recovery, and mindset training.
